Due to our previous works in Solar, Pearl Safety were contacted by an asset owner to undertake a gap analysis on their auditing procedure. We attended two large scale commercial assets in Wiltshire over two days shadowing their team.
Our input was to add value to the process and we made a number of recommendations to streamline the process and therefore reduce costs, without compromising the quality of the audits. The recommendations were accepted and we spent a further half day training the site team on the revised audit.
