We have worked with Phil for several years on our AD Plant on the Isle of Wight and always found his advice to be excellent yet still practical.  Sometimes with Health and Safety Consultants the client ends up doing most of the work whilst they sit “high above” administering advice but Phil is different and takes a more welcome “hands on approach”. On top of that he is approachable and easy to work with which is always a bonus but he will also tell you straight if something isn’t right.  We had quite a serious incident last year and Phil’s advice and forensic analysis was invaluable during a difficult period and his support was much appreciated and he was always there when we needed him.

We have worked with Phil Jones and Pearl Safety for over 4 years and have to date, never had an occasion where we haven’t had delivered, whatever we were expecting. During the last 12 months of Covid restrictions Phil has continued to deliver his services in a Covid Safe way, whether that has entailed visiting our offices, or using Teams / Zoom remotely. Pearl tells you what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it and how much they’re going to charge. They then do exactly what they said, when they said and for the price they said. A great example of doing what it says on the tin, but with H&S it’s never quite as easy as that, however Pearl excel in this area and never fail to impress us.
