A North West based Housing Association contacted us as their management system was stagnant, which was slowing progress in the business. We interviewed key stakeholders, interrogated the current systems and undertook a gap analysis of the health and safety management system and identified weaknesses.
This led us to working closely with the association, its arm’s length DLO and charitable business to collate and coordinate efforts and reduce wastage and resources.
By integrating management systems, identifying staffing capabilities and competences and providing an updated training matrix, we enabled them to move forward.
